Terms of use

Effective 16 October 2026. These terms cover the use of readcell.com. Orders are governed by the quotation or contract we sign with you, not by this page.

About these terms

readcell.com is run by Wuhan Morntrip Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (Morntrip), VFC Tower 1, No. 408 Hanyang Avenue, Wuhan, China, which sells industrial code readers under the ReadCell brand. By using the site you accept these terms. Questions: [email protected].

Product information

Specifications on this site come from the product datasheets. Values marked "To confirm" are still being checked, and empty cells mean the datasheet does not state the value. Products and specifications can change without notice. Before you design a product into a machine or line, ask us for the current datasheet and test a sample in your application.

Integration guides and example projects are given as help. Check them on your own system before using them in production.

Quotes and orders

Sending an inquiry does not create an order or an obligation for either side. Prices, quantities, lead times and other terms are binding only when stated in a written quotation or contract signed by both of us.

Content and names

Text, images, drawings and files on this site belong to Morntrip or its suppliers. You may view, download and print them to evaluate or use our products, including sharing them inside your company. Do not republish them or use them to promote other products without our written permission.

Other company and product names on this site, such as PLC brands and protocols, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Using the site

Do not try to break into, overload or scrape the site, and do not send spam or false inquiries through the forms.

Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Warranties for products you buy are set out in your quotation or contract.
