Reads and grades. An AI smart code reader with code quality grading to ISO/IEC 15416, 15415 and 29158, for rotary fixtures, metal DPM parts and multi-side box reading.
For codes that also need a grade
The ReadCell VS210 decodes codes and grades their quality. It resolves 2D elements down to 0.023 mm, focuses itself when you set up the station, and talks to the PLC directly.

Which grading standards does it follow?
ISO/IEC 15416, ISO/IEC 15415 and ISO/IEC 29158, as listed on the datasheet. Tell us the code type and the grade your customer requires, and we will check it against your parts.
How is the focus set?
Mount the reader, then start auto-focus from the configuration software (IDManager). A fixed-focus version is listed as an option on the datasheet.
Which PLCs can it talk to?
Any PLC with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP or Modbus TCP, plus hosts using a TCP/IP socket or RS232C.
How is it powered?
24 VDC ±10%, about 2000 mA when operating. Size the supply for that.
