ReadCell VS110R smart code reader
An AI processor and nine communication protocols in a 133 g aluminum body. Two sensor versions: 1.3 MP for speed, 2.3 MP with software-adjustable focus for flexible mounting.
Built for the station that has no room
The VS110R is one of the two readers 3C electronics lines ask us for most. It fits beside a PCB conveyor or inside a test fixture, and talks to the PLC directly.

VS110R questions
R264 or R220: which should I order?
R264 has the faster frame rate (60 fps) and fixed focus, for a fixed distance. R220 has the higher resolution (1920 × 1200) and software-adjustable focus, for a varying distance. Send us the code size and distance if unsure.
Which PLCs can it talk to?
Any PLC with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP or Mitsubishi MC protocol, plus hosts using a TCP/IP or UDP socket, FTP or Modbus RTU.
How is it powered?
24 VDC ±10%, about 700 mA when operating.
